Kia Ora Sophie,
ReplyDeleteI’m Dani , one of the blog commenters from the Kaikohekohe cluster of the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard lots of amazing things about the Uru Manuka cluster so I thought I would come and check out some of the posts for myself!
Thank you for sharing such a great inspirational quote. Why did you decide to share this particulate quote? My favourite quote is “ Winning doesn’t always mean being first. Winning means you’re doing better than you’ve done before” . I really like this quote because sometimes I can get really competitive and I need to stop comparing myself to others. As long as I have improved that’s all that matters!
The Summer Learning Journey ends on Friday 24th January so there is still plenty of time for you to complete as many activities as you like! Remember you can complete the activities in any order you like and the more quality blog posts that you post the more likely that you win a prize!
I hope to see you blogging again soon!
Blog ya later,
Dani
Hello Sophie!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Nadia, I'm a year 11 Hornby High student, and I am here to comment on your post!
Great job on completing this task! You have selected such an inspirational quote, those words are very true.
I really like the visual that you have created, I like how you used a cloud, which I assume symbolizes your dream. I really like that.
Next time to improve your post, do you think you could include a small blurb at the start of your post just explaining what the SLJ is. I think this will help your audience understand what the SLJ is so they understand why you posted that post.
Keep up the amazing work Sophie!
Until next time
- Nadia :)
